Venue: Dadar Nagar Haveli - Rudana

The objective of the event is to build an understanding on significance of financial literacy, components of financial inclusion, and further ensuring linkages and also to make existing linkages meaningful.

RBI: organizer of the program under their village reach aimed in development of the village as a whole.

Local Bankers: Dena Bank Khanwel Branch aimed at strengthening their bond with the villagers, canvassing their financial products.

ISMW: Capacity building of the poor, making poor family to understand their financial needs, planning for the same utilizing different financial services available locally and leading towards capital formation to come out of the vicious cycle of poverty. 

Rudana Village: 

Rudana is a small village of Union Territory Dadra nagar Haveli, South Gujarat. Rudana is 2 km from the Khanwel where Banker having their branch office. The No. of households is 750 and total population of the village is 4000. The majority population of the village is from Schedule Tribe. Almost all the villagers  are maintaining Bank accounts.  The village is approached by road only.  Rudana village is situated on the border of the Gujarat & Maharastra state.
